Indicate max teams you wish to allow in parlay wager combinations.
Determine the payout formula you wish to use.
Choose from our popular presets. If further customization is required, please specify it in the comments box in Step 3.
Select from a list of predetermined websites your players may use to wager. If you have a custom requirement, please contact us for information on applicable setup fees and support.
